1. Kiểm toán:

– Phân tích dữ liệu báo cáo sửa chữa

– Kiểm tra chéo quy trình công việc của nội bộ bộ phận Bảo hành

2. Thanh toán: Tổng hợp chứng từ thanh toán cho các Trung tâm bảo hành

3. Công nợ: Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ của các Trung tâm bảo hành

The employee’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Auditing:

– Validate repairing data

– Cross-check internal working process of Service Dept.

2. AP Management: Collect and verify payment documents for Service centers

3. AR Management of Service centers

LG Electronics Vehicle Component‘s Company focuses on eco-friendly automotive components. The VC Company produces high-quality in-car infotainment systems that deliver both information and entertainment on-the-go for many of the world‘s biggest automobile brands.

As the Part Leader of Development Planning (DP) in LG Electronics Development Center Vietnam, your overall responsibilities will be managing or taking a lead role in HR, GA/GP (General Affairs/Procurement), Accounting & IT Support. Your overall responsibilities will be:

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources & GA/ GP practices and processes;
• Give advices/solutions to top managers on strategic planning, decision, organization matters;
• Build, follow up, control annual HR and office administration budget as approved;
• Work closely with the team and relevant stakeholders to make sure that DP team delivers best service;
• Build up, train & coach a strong DP team, set KPIs and objectives, to ensure that the team achieve the goal;
• Deliver periodic reports to Center Leader & Program Managers and execute other tasks as assigned upon needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Possess BA degree from one of top universities;
• Good Korean speaking skill (fluent English is a plus);
• Over 3 years of experience in a management position;
• People-oriented and results driven;
• Strong communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills;
• Power Point & Excel proficiency;
• HR experience is a plus.
